We price each piece based on its total weight and gold purity, using a simple and consistent formula tied to real market values.

For example, if a piece weighs 3 grams and is 14K gold, we use all 3 grams, apply the 14K gold value, and multiply by 2 to determine the final price.

Unlike traditional retailers, we don’t add inflated markups for stones or brand names, helping keep prices fair, transparent, and more competitive.
How do I know the jewelry is authentic?

Every item in our inventory undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection. We use professional XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) technology to verify the exact metal composition and karat weight. We guarantee that every piece is 100% authentic precious metal as described.
Do you clean and sanitize your jewelry before selling it?

Yes. All jewelry is professionally cleaned and sanitized before being listed. We use industry-standard techniques such as ultrasonic cleaning to safely remove residue and buildup from the metal.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If a piece isn't exactly what you expected, we offer a 7-day return window. Please ensure the item is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.
How long until I receive my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days and take 5-7 business days to arrive. We use secure, insured shipping methods to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
How do I find the right size?

Since our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we provide exact measurements (length for chains, mm width, and ring sizes) in every product description. We recommend measuring a piece you already own or using a standard sizing guide before purchasing.
Can I sell my jewelry with Alloy?

Yes, we purchase jewelry directly from clients and you can opt-in to have your items listed on the marketplace as well. When you sell to Alloy, you can get paid twice with our Double Pay program. Once when you sell to us directly and again if your item qualifies and is sold on our marketplace, where you earn an additional 25% payout on top of your original payout.
