Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We may require additional processing time for high-value orders or for fraud prevention and verification purposes.

Shipping methods

We ship all orders using FedEx Ground. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

All shipments include tracking.

Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Signature requirements

For orders greater than $1,000, we may require an adult signature upon delivery. This is to ensure the safe arrival of your item.

Risk of loss

All orders are considered delivered once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Alloy Market is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery has been confirmed.

Shipping address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address for you. Once the item has shipped there is nothing Alloy can do. 

Lost or delayed shipments

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost shipments once the package is in transit.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
