How much is my jewelry worth?
Your offer depends primarily on the type, purity, and weight of the precious metal in your jewelry, along with current market prices. Our team evaluates your items and provides a no-obligation offer so you can decide whether to sell.
Is my jewelry insured in transit?
Yes. Your free Alloy evaluation kit includes tracked, insured shipping. We also video-record the unboxing process when your items arrive for added transparency and security.
What if I don't accept the offer?
There's no obligation to sell. If you decide not to accept your offer, you can request the return of your precious-metal items at no cost.
When will I get paid?
Once you accept your offer, Alloy processes your payment promptly. Your Alloy Advisor can explain the available payment options and expected timing.
What about broken jewelry, stones or plated pieces?
We welcome broken, mismatched, and unwanted precious-metal jewelry. Our offers are primarily based on recoverable precious-metal content. Plated pieces and non-precious materials generally have little or no melt value.
Will my jewelry be resold or recycled?
Most items are processed for their precious-metal value. With your permission, eligible pieces may be considered for resale through the Alloy Marketplace. If selected and later sold, you may qualify for an additional payment through our Double Pay program, subject to its terms.
